Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for uninstalled, unused items in their original, undamaged packaging with all included documentation and hardware.
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and liability reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- 80% lowers and frames that have been drilled, milled, or otherwise worked on.
- Installed fire control components (triggers, hammers, disconnectors).
- Any item missing its original packaging or documentation.
- Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such).
Condition: The item must be in resalable condition. We inspect all returns. Returns with signs of installation attempt, wear, missing parts, or damaged packaging may be rejected or subject to a reduced refund.
Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for returns that meet the above conditions.
Process: To start a return:
- Email support@arcfiretriggerpremiumar15andarstylefirecontrolcomponents80percentlowerspolymerpistolframestriggergroupsandbuildkitsforseriousbuildersshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
- Ship the item back to us at your expense, using a trackable service. We recommend insuring the package.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or out-of-spec item (as determined by our inspection), contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at your discretion.
